Wycom
be Wanderers Ladies Football Club is the home of women's and girls' football in High Wycombe & South Buckinghamshire.
The club was established in 1989 as the ladies team of Wycombe Wanderers. In the early days, the club had a few managers each of whom brought much needed experience to the team. However, it wasn’t until Graham Malcolm (a UEFA B qualified coach) joined in 1998 that the club started its current run of successes.

The First team competes in the Southern Region, and after consistently finishing runners up for a number of years, won promotion to the Premier league at the end of the 2003/04 season. In that same year the club established a Reserves team, as a result of an increasing number of girls and women in the region interested in playing football.
The Reserve team play in the Thames Valley County league and won their division in their inaugural season. This season the Reserves have a new home ground, playing at King George’s Field in Fulmer.
Our Girls section caters for 5-14 year olds, providing technical training & small sided games in a friendly, fun environment. Over the last season this section has seen considerable success in the region’s girl’s competitions and the route to senior football is well trodden, with a number of the girls now playing for both the Reserves and First team.
The ladies continue to have representation in both the Premier League (Southern Region) and Division 2 (Thames Valley Counties League) and have finished in the top half of both, showing a good standard of competitiveness for all levels.
We are always keen to hear from first-time or experienced players - if you are interested in playing Womens or Girls Football in South Bucks, click here to contact us about joining the team!
The club has a desire to improve year on year and has set its sights on promotion from the Premier League into the South West Combination, and for the Reserves to move into the top division of the Thames Valley Counties League.
This season with some much needed new faces, the ladies team hope to push on and up in their leagues and continue making steps towards achieving our goals.
We welcome all enquiries.
